TERMS OF USE:

1. General Conditions

Ballograf AB applies both Consumer Sales Act, which Distance Contracts. In order to carry out an order customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have parental consent. Customer refers to a natural person.

2. Order

Order of Ballograf AB's products can be made via www.ballograf.se. Incoming orders answered with a written order confirmation via email.

Order is binding from Ballograf AB page only after order confirmation received by the customer.

Ballograf AB reserves the right to refuse a customer purchases. All orders are considered binding. Have you placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.

Should an item not be in stock we will contact you and backorder it. When we receive the backordered item, we will send it to you. If you do not wish the backordered product, you can always contact Ballograf AB and book it.

3. Prices

All rates are including Swedish VAT, currently 25%, and given in Swedish kronor. Ballograf AB reserves the VAT increases and other price changes we can not control. Fees for shipping and billing may apply. The shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart.

4. Payment

Invoice and payment

In cooperation with the Collector Bank AB, we offer invoice and payment. When choosing invoice payment method you get your goods before you pay. You can then choose to pay the full amount at once or split the payment into smaller parts. The invoice is due within 30 days. An administration fee of SEK 29 will be added.

You can only order to your address when you select or invoice and you must be 18 years old at the time of ordering. Once you have received the invoice you can choose to pay for in installments up to 36 months by paying the minimum amount indicated on the invoice. Any partial payment will be an interest rate of 19.2% per year. A smaller credit check is done in some cases, which means credit. At late or non-payment will be charged a late fee and interest.

Standard European Consumer Credit

Refund. If you have paid your bill but still regret your purchase has a credit balance with the Collector. Collector installment

In cooperation with the Collector Bank AB, we offer payment by invoice. When you choose this method of payment you will receive your goods before you pay. All of your purchases during the same month collected in an invoice the following month mailed to your address. Payment can then be divided in 36 months. An administration fee of SEK 29 will be added. You can only order to your address when you select the payment and you must be 18 years old at the time of ordering.

After you receive the invoice, you pay at least the minimum amount stated on the invoice. Rate of 19.2% per cent per annum will be added. Part payment amount is always 1/36 of the total amount, plus interest and fees, however, always at least 50 kr. If you wish to settle your debt, you can always pay the full amount stated on the invoice.

A smaller credit check is done which in some cases means credit. At late or non-payment will be charged a late fee and interest.

Online Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and budget travelers or others. Card Payment is via an encrypted connection to DIBS payment.

direct Payment

Direct Payment is possible for you to account at Svenska Handelsbanken, Nordea, SEB and Swedbank. Upon payment, you automatically routed to your internet banking where you log in the usual way and make your payment via bank.

5. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2-4 working days. Discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer. Ballograf AB can not be held responsible to deliver out of stock or discontinued product.

6. Delivery Delay

If delivery is delayed for any reason arise, we will contact you. Of course, we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at the extensive delay in delivery. Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers are unable to fulfill their obligations to us. Ballograf AB reserves the right to exclude from the compensation to the customer in such situations or late delivery.

Important! In rare cases, careless DHL remove packages. These we do not refund.

7. Shipment

Shipping will be charged in some cases, which in such cases is evident in the basket.

8. Warranty

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have problems with a product, please contact us. Normally the customer for the shipping cost to the service center. The receipt on paid be valid as the warranty card. Always save the receipt for the warranty period!

9. Open Buy/Return Policy

Ballograf AB applies the Distance Contracts. This means that customers are entitled to 14 days to return without any reason. The customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent COD will not dissolve out.

Contact us before you send the product back. As soon as we have received the goods will be refunded your money.

Note that products with engraving are not covered by the guarantee and the right of withdrawal.

10. Complaints

Ballograf AB applies Kosumentköpslagen if complaints. Accordingly, we undertake to replace defective or damaged products free of charge. 11. Unclaimed packages

If for some reason you do not resolve your package, you must pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges.

Remember that time spent on the DHL has been shortened to 14 days! Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee, currently 95: -. The fee is charged in arrears. If payment is forwarded unconditionally demands for debt collection services. No exceptions are made.

12. Security

We will under no circumstances to disclose any personal information without the consent of the person. The same applies to e-mail addresses.

13. Reservation

Ballograf AB reserves the right to errors in content and price list on the website.

14. Cookies
