Cross is America’s oldest manufacturer of exclusive pens. The company was founded in 1846 by Richard Cross and Edward W. Bradbury. Initially the company produced only boxes to fancy pens, but production soon went over to manufacturing pencils. Cross Classic Century has become one of the world’s most recognized pencil silhouettes, and the company has been the official supplier of pens to the White House for quite some time now.
